1940′s NAAFI Tearoom

I recorded this in the NAAFI tearoom at the Great Central Railway April 2009.

The tearoom is decorated and set as if it were the 1940s. Era music and the crackling of a fire proved irresistible to record, sadly it didn’t last long as customers arrived for a cup of hot chocolate!

Recorded with the ZOOMH4′s internal stereo mic (handheld) with a handmade windgag
